I was 13, pausing — laden with groceries and whatever else I would have been expected to carry home that day — at a derelict intersection of the imploding Soviet Union, when I first committed to figuring out how we do change better. 20+ years of global experience later, I’m on a mission to crack the code of effective regenerative transformation.

For the last 20+ years, this formative experience has driven my work, advocacy, and now PhD research (RMIT), where I aim to generate the “periodic table” of change-making. Imagine a comprehensive framework where every element of change is identified and arranged, showcasing its properties and relationships and informing a robust, detailed roadmap to the impact you target.

My hope is that this work is but groundwork. Wherever I fall short of my ambition, I hope to at least assemble the edges of this puzzle, revealing its size, shape, and complexity so that others can fill in the gaps.
