when you can act on it, so feeling agency, empowerment and responsibility… and wisdom I think as well… as the action needs to be based on the health and vitality of the system… not another bring in foxes to control the rabbits action… That takes time and building relationship with place.
Interesting question... I see organisations who are working as mycelium... but actually a person that holds space for learning, that shares information ... I think apart from yourself.... people like Anthony James from the RegenNarration podcast ... others who do what they can to enable and hold people through change...
we just get on and do it, create that space and hold it. From the facilitation perspective, could be as simple as having everybody reflect in silence on this question for a minute+, then share. and do not move off this part for at least 5 min even if it means uncomfortable silence. that is what it takes to make room for the first time: uncomfortable, thrilling, and a bit silly until it is not.
I have many times been told... some being a do godding meddler... white privileged person coming with solutions not listening ... I am still trying to learn this one as my mind is very solution seeking... might also be the ADHD in me... talking before thinking...
